Forex Cafe provides digital educational content, including online courses, webinars, and downloadable files.
Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, we maintain the following policy:
No Refunds on Digital Products
All course purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Refunds are NOT provided for:

Webinars
Downloadable files
Recorded videos
Memberships
Live classes
Missed sessions
User mistakes (wrong purchase, wrong email, etc.)
Why Refunds Are Not Possible
Digital content is immediately accessible after purchase
Content cannot be “returned”
Access links, PDFs, videos, and materials are instantly delivered
Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice accidentally, contact us within 48 hours.
We will verify and refund the duplicate charge only.
Technical Issues
If you face access issues, we will fix them, but refunds will not be issued.

No Cancellations After Purchase
Once you purchase any course, membership, or webinar, you cannot cancel.
Subscription Cancellation (if applicable)
If we introduce recurring subscriptions:
You may cancel future billing anytime
Already-paid months are non-refundable
Class/Webinar Cancellations by Forex Cafe
In rare cases, if a live class or event is cancelled by us:
We will reschedule, or
Provide recording access
No monetary refund is offered.

1. Access Duration
Course access depends on the plan you purchased:

6 months access
1-year access, etc.

2. Login Credentials
Only the registered user may access the course.
Sharing credentials leads to immediate deactivation without refund.
3. Device Limit
Forex Cafe may limit simultaneous logins to prevent content abuse.
4. Course Updates
You may receive:
New lessons
Updated videos
Additional materials
Forex Cafe has the right to modify or update course content anytime.
5. Downloadable Materials
Some files may be downloadable.
You may use them only for personal learning, not commercial teaching.
6. Access Issues
If you can’t access your course:
